About our instructor...OLGA
She studied at the Yoga Ashram, a branch of the Beihar
School of Yoga, and received a teaching certificate from Swami: Divarupananda, who inspired
Olga on her path. She has been on six spiritual pilgrimages to India to enhance
her knowledge of Yoga. While there she taught Yoga to Westerners.
She has practiced yoga for 18 years, and has been teaching for 10
years. She also teaches Pranayama (breathing) and Meditation.
Olga says...
Yoga changed my life, especially my attitude went from
negative to a more complete sense of well-being. Yogasana with it's breathing
techniques connected my mind and body...integrated and harmonized the two.
Asanas released the mental tensions by dealing with them on the physical
level...the result was my body became full of vitality and strength, my mind
became light, creative, joyful, and balanced.
"The key is to practice regularly, be patient, accept yourself, love
yourself, and thoroughly enjoy practicing yoga".
"I thank God everyday for allowing
me to share the gift of Yoga"
